SIPUAS : User Satisfaction Survey Information System

Faculty Service Survey and Evaluation Information System is a web application for managing service evaluation surveys at the Faculty of Entrepreneurship (Fakultas Kewirausahaan), Universitas Garut. It lets students, lecturers, and administrative staff fill out evaluation surveys covering lecturer teaching quality, academic services, faculty leadership, and overall faculty services, with results automatically aggregated into summaries, charts, and downloadable reports (PDF/Excel) that faculty leadership and the Quality Assurance Unit (GKM) can act on.
